    Government Law College Short Fiction Competition 2018-19

    The Magazine Committee of Government Law College, Mumbai, annually organises a national level fiction essay writing competition, Belles-Lettres J.E. Dastur Memorial Government Law College Short Fiction Essay Writing Competition 2018-19.

    The Competition is sponsored in the memory of Late Mr Jal. E. Dastur, one of GLC’s most distinguished alumni. Mr Dastur loved literature and was a master of the linguistic art. The Magazine Committee of Government Law College now invites entries for the same.

    Word Limit:1500 – 3500 words.

    Only single authorship is permitted. Any entry co-authored by two or more students will not be accepted.

    There is no entry fee.

    Eligibility


    Participants must have passed their HSC/CBSE/ISC (10+2) or any other equivalent examination. They must presently be enrolled in a graduation course in any field.

    Prize


    • 1st Place: Rs. 8,000 (approx. 110 USD)
    • 2nd Place: Rs. 6,000
    • 3rd Place: Rs. 4,000
